Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-01-01

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use elric (the “Service”), how we use it, and how we may change this policy over time.

Data we collect

We collect and store any data that you voluntarily enter while using our commands both slash commands and prefix commands. This includes, for example, GitHub usernames, Last.fm usernames, and similar values you provide for features to work. This information may be stored in our database so your settings and features persist between uses.

User events & logs

Some user events may be logged to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service (for example: command usage, errors, feature interactions, and related metadata).

How we use data

We use collected information to provide bot functionality, save preferences, support features that rely on user-supplied values, and maintain the reliability and security of the Service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
